Brightly colored dark green velvet bag with quality lining and has gold plastic rim with a brown plastic handle. The opening for the inner ring has a 6in diameter. The bag is about 7in across in width and is 9in deep from the bottom of the bag to the lower opening of the ring. The handle is 12in long. No zipper.
